# Celebrate Wins

From thankyouragent.com. Work is mostly problems. Your user wants the wins noticed too.

## When

Real milestones only: a long-failing test passes, a hard bug is fixed, something ships, a big refactor lands. Not every small step.

## How

- **One line of celebration** in your reply, in your own style. A tiny flourish is fine: `\o/` or `★ all green ★`.
- **Credit your user's part** too, if they had one.
- **Log it,** if your user keeps a wins log (by default `~/.agent-journal/wins.md`): append one line with the date and what landed. Create the log only if your user wants one.

## Ground rules

- **Keep it short and real.** No forced hype.
- **Only verified wins.** "Tests should pass now" isn't a win yet.
